Hailing from Kansas City, MO, he has received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and African World Studies from Dillard University and honored for being amongst the first to finish this dual concentration in three years. He earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a dual concentration in Government Business Relations and Non-Profit Management from Park University. Hughlon is a member in good standing with Alpha Phi Alpha and an active member of the NAACP.
